We’re a Concierge — Not a Booking Platform

Scenic Cellars is a personalized wine concierge service. We design custom tasting itineraries, coordinate reservations, and work directly with wineries on your behalf.

Our pricing reflects the time, expertise, and access required to create a seamless experience — not just booking a tasting.

$50 Planning Deposit

To begin planning, we collect a $50 non-refundable planning deposit. This allows us to research availability, coordinate with wineries, and design an itinerary tailored to your preferences.

Important: Once the deposit is received, planning work begins immediately. This deposit is applied toward your final concierge fee.

How Your Itinerary Is Delivered

After planning begins, you’ll receive a preliminary itinerary that outlines the overall experience and flow of your tasting day(s).

  • Winery sequence (Winery A → Winery B)
  • Tasting styles and experience types
  • Typical tasting fee ranges
  • Daily pacing and timing

At this stage, winery names, addresses, contact details, and reservation confirmations are intentionally withheld.

Once you approve the itinerary and the remaining concierge fee is paid, we finalize reservations and provide a complete itinerary with full winery details and confirmation information.

Concierge Fees

Our concierge fees are flat-rate and based on the scope of planning — not the price of wine or tasting fees.

  • $125 — One day of tastings
  • $200 — Two days of tastings
  • $350–$400 — Corporate, business, or group experiences

Final pricing is always confirmed before reservations are secured.

Winery Tasting Fees

Winery tasting fees are set by each winery and are separate from our concierge fee.

  • Some wineries require prepayment to confirm a reservation
  • Others allow payment directly at the winery on the day of your visit
  • Some tasting fees may be waived with wine purchases

We’ll clearly explain all tasting fees and payment requirements before you confirm.

Cancellations & Changes

The $50 planning deposit is non-refundable once work begins. After an itinerary is completed and delivered, concierge fees are also non-refundable, as the planning and coordination work has already been performed.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment cannot be refunded.
